Our experienced team has extensive knowledge of the pet transportation industry and is committed to making your British Shorthair kitten’s journey as safe and comfortable as possible. We work only with reputable, professional pet transport carriers that use airline-approved, climate-controlled pet cabins. Each kitten is transported in a secure, airline-approved pet carrier designed specifically for feline comfort and safety.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. You will receive complete flight details and tracking information, allowing you to stay informed and connected throughout your kitten’s journey.
How We Transport Our British Shorthair Kittens
Before travel, our licensed veterinarian performs a comprehensive health examination on your kitten, including checks for parasites and overall wellness. We only transport kittens through airlines and transport companies that follow strict Pet Safety Programs.
Once your reservation deposit is received, we schedule the delivery flight and send you a detailed email including flight times, itinerary, tracking (AWB) number, and pickup information.
On the day of travel, the transport company collects your kitten from our facility, prepares them for transport, and transfers them safely to the airport. After check-in and completion of all required documentation, you will receive confirmation via email and phone call with full flight details. We provide real-time updates throughout the journey until your kitten arrives safely at your location.
You may also track your kitten’s progress using the tracking number provided after flight confirmation.
Most kittens are shipped early in the morning and arrive the same day, or by early the following morning if placed on an early flight.
Important Veterinary Notice
After receiving your kitten, you must take them to a licensed veterinarian within 7 days for a health evaluation. This step is required to validate our health guarantee and refund policy.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Provided your British Shorthair kitten is at least 8 weeks old and has all required medical documentation, delivery typically takes 6–8 hours on the same day or arrival by the following morning.
Please note: We require at least 2 hours to purchase airline tickets. This allows us to secure the best and safest travel arrangements for your kitten.
Summer Transportation Policy
During summer months, certain airlines enforce heat restrictions for pets. When applicable, kittens are transported in-cabin with one of our trained staff members. Your kitten will travel in a soft-sided carrier that fits securely under the airplane seat and will be personally delivered to your nearest airport.
Travel Comfort & Safety
Your kitten will arrive in a brand-new, airline-approved pet carrier with absorbent bedding and food and water dishes. All kittens travel in temperature-controlled environments to ensure their comfort and safety.
Please note: Any kenneling fees incurred due to flight cancellations are the responsibility of the receiving party.
